Install / Upgrade nodejs on ubuntu 12.10 / 13.04 /14.04

Abstract

According to my boss, I am going to develop a testing tool with UI and bandwidth testing within one week......
So, order is order and boss is boss. Since I need to complete this task anyway, I am going to develop on a cutting edge web application server nodejs :D

I have checked out the official node js version on ubuntu 12.10 is 0.6.x. After googling a while, I found this link is very useful.
